摘要
本文以某大化肥厂加氢反应器壁材料的堆焊层试板为原材料,并对部分原材料进行了步冷处理.对原始材料和步冷材料,在模拟装置中进行热充氮和用电化学方法涉氢.用离子探针对堆焊层进行了氢分布测量,并用金相法考察了组织变化.
In this paper,the plates of stack welding layers is acted as original materials.Some original materials.are passed through step cooling treatment.The part of them are treated on Thermal charging hydrogen and the others on electrochemical charging hydrogen.The hydrogen distribution are measured by means of metallographic microscope.
