摘要
This paper reports the perioperative dynamic changes or Bp,HR and blood gas of 34 patients under going LC with intraperitoneal insufflation with Carbon Dioxide in our hospital.The results showed that the value of blood pressure, rhythm of heart,blood of gas,PCO2,ABE,SBE etc.increased obviously,and returned to normal gradually after operation.The safe range of abdominalpressure of CO2 is usually 1.00￣2.00 kPa.For the people with normal breathing circulating function,the acidemia induced by the absorbing of CO2 can be improved in a short period by compensation.The percent of the persons whose acidemia index returned to normal to first day after operationwas 63%.Inhaling O2 discontinuously after operation will do good to preventing CO2 from retentionand improving acidemia.
