摘要
本文根据物理分组和演示实验的要求，利用单片机的最小系统设计并制做了与测温相关的电路，对单片机在物理实验中的开发有一定的参考价值。
Based on the requirement of physical division and demonstrating experiment.the circuit rwlated to the measurement of temperature is made by using the smallest system of monolithic microcomputer, having a certain reference value in the development of the monolithic microcomputer in physical experiment.
