摘要
采用氦氖激光照射治疗颞颌关节紊乱综合征９８例。近期临床疗效表明：氦氖激光治疗对颞颌关节疼痛、张口受限、咀嚼肌群功能紊乱、尤其是急性期效果显著，且操作方便，患者乐于接受，无任何副作用。
The authors treated 98 cases of temporomandibular Joint malfunctioning syndrome with He-Ne laser.The results of short-term observation showed that the treatment had significant effects on tenderness of temporomandibular joint,on restriction of mouth opening and on malfunctioning of chewing muscles;especially during acute phase.The treatment is easy to operate and is happily accepted by patients.No side effect has been observed.
