摘要
用塑性变形理论对柴油机连杆辊轧成形的变形过程及变形特点进行了分析,阐明了辊轧连杆时存在着高向充填的难易成形区,并进行了实验验证,找出了解决高向充填不足的途径与方法。
The deformation process and property of the rolled forming for the link of diesel engine have been analyzed on the basic of plastic deformation theory in this paper.It is explained that there is a difficulty-easy forming area of the high direction filling in the process of rolling link.A great deal of experimental examinations are carried out,and the way and method to solve the problem of insufficient of the high derection filling are found.
