摘要
新中国成立以来，我国农技推广体系经历过４次挫折，每次过后国家都给予了及时支持。国外的农业推广多采用国家办、团体办和企业办相结合的方式，国家投入必不可少。发展我国基层的推广体系，应端正认识，增加投入，发展农民技术组织，理顺乡站管理体制；同时要不断拓宽乡站的服务范围，兴办推广产业。
Since the founding of socialist China, development of agro technical extension system had been frustrated by four times. However, immediate rehabilitating measures were undertaken by government. In other countries, agrotechnical extension is run in the form of the combination of government, professional association, and private sector. Particularly, necessary support from government is essential. In order to develop agro technical extension system in lower level better, wrong attitude should be clarified, and investment should be enhanced. In addition, it is very important to develop farmers' technical association, and establish effective management mechanism for agro technical extension stations in township level. At the same time, these township level of agro technical extension stations should extend service field, run enterprises related to agro technical extension, and pay attention to economic, ecological and social benefits.
