摘要
为了解作者培育的近交系NJS小鼠的生化、免疫、形态等遗传学性状,对该小鼠的生化标志基因、免疫标志基因、毛色基因进行测试,并作下颌骨形态分析。结果表明:NJS小鼠是一株新培育的近交品系,具有独特的遗传特性。所检的分布在12条染色体上的26个生化标志基因未见与其它近交系小鼠完全相同。H-2位点基因为H-2Kd、H-2Dk。毛色基因型为AABBccDD。下颌骨形态判别函数DF1、DF2、DF3、DF4值分别为4.51、-6.31、0.16、-0.85。与近交系BALB/c、C57BL/6、615、SMMC/c的遗传距离分别为83.19、62.87、41.34、22.44。
In order to underseand the biochemical,immune and shape traits in inbred NJS strain mouse,the biochemical marker,histocompatibility-2 complex,coat color were researched and the mandible shape was analysed.The results showed NJS mouse was a newbred inbred strain with particular genetic characteristics.Its twenty-six biochemical marker genes distributed over tweleve chromosomes are not all dentical to other inbred strains,Its H-2 genes are H-2Kd,H-2Dk.genotype of coat color is AABBccDD,Its differential function DF1~DF4 of the mandible shape is 4.51,6.31,0.16,0.85 respectively.The genetics distance to BALB/c,C57BL/6,615,SMMC/c is 83;19,62.87,41.34,22.44 respectively。
