摘要
讨论了息票债券的评价，并对债券内在价值进行分析．通过对息票债券的利率风险分析，提供了风险管理的理论依据。
The appraisal and intrinsic valuation analysis of the issued bondswere considered. Thus, a theoretical reason of risk management was provided via theanalysis of interest risk of the issued bonds.
