摘要
应用生物化学方法从日本血吸虫成虫中提取虫体副肌球蛋白,并把它结合佐剂FCA/FIA或BCG免疫两批BALB/c小鼠,获得了32.18%—48.52%的减虫率,但统计学上大都无显著差异.两次实验结果还表明,应用虫体副肌球蛋白结合FCA/FIA进行肌肉注射,和应用等量抗原结合BCG皮内注射免疫的BALB/c小鼠,获得的减虫率相当.
The paramyosin was extracted biochemically from S. japonicum adult worms,and the purified antigen was used to vaccinate BALB/c mice combined with adjuvant FCA/FIA or BCG. 32. 18% to 48.52% worm reduction were obtained from two experiments, but neither statistical difference was found between the worm burdern in the vaccinated mice and that from the control mice, nor the worm reduction from the group using FCA/FIA as adjuvant and vaccinated by I. M. with that from the group vaccinated in combination with the adjuvant BCG and injected by I. D. were observed.
