摘要
本文报道珠海口岸进口食品卫生监督检验的情况。进口食品18.837批(重244811.99吨),其中检出不合格食品220份(共重414.5吨),总合格率为99.80%。在220份不合格食品中,蜜饯类不合格率高达36.36%,其次是糖果糕点类。不合格项目主要是甜味剂及人工合成色素超标,或加入我国不允许使用的人工合成色素如喹啉、红色素40等。
The hygienic condition of imported foods throught Zhuhai ports was reported in this paper. The results showed that the total 18,837 lots of imported foods, weight 244811.99 tons, had been inspected, 220 lots of the imported foods, weight 489. 982 tons, were detected to be defective foods. The defective percentage was 0.20%. Among the defective foods, the candied fruits were the highest, 36.36%, the next were sweets and cakes (10. 00% and 7.73% respectly). The rejected reasons were that in the imported foods contained sweetener and artificial color, or some artificial color such as Quiline and Red Color 40. The measures for the defected foods were taken as, either reship, destroy or otherwise dispose of the cargo such as changing to the other use, or limitting to sell only in some districts.
