摘要
本文分析了衡阳市丘岗地的基本概况,提出了丘岗地开发的指导思想和原则,据此,对衡阳市丘岗地开发利用提出了总体规划报告及其保障措施。
This paper analyses the basic conditions of the hilly land of Hengyang city of Hunan province. It puts forward the guiding ideology and the basic principles on the exploitation of the hilly land of Hengyang city of Hunan province. At last,the author provides the strategic thinking,the planning totality report,and the assured measurement for using the exploitation of the hilly land of Hengyang city of Hunan province.
