摘要
目的探讨肝癌患者预后的主要影响因素。方法系统收集上海医科大学附属中山医院１９５０～１９９１年收治的１６８９例肝癌病例，运用比例风险模型（Ｃｏｘ）作生存分析。结果γ－谷氨酰转肽酶（Ｙ－ＧＴ）、癌肿最大直径、包膜、癌栓、肝硬变程度、治疗方法对肝癌预后有明显影响。结论γ－ＧＴ是筛检发现肝癌病例的实用指标，也是决定肝癌患者诊治效果的重要指标。
To find the main factors affecting the prognosis of primary liver cancer (PLC) patients and to provide data helpful in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of PLC patients.METHODS Use of Cox regression analysis for the prognostic factors. 1689 cases between 1950 and 1991 were collected retrospectively from the Zhongshan Hospital,Shanghai Medical University.RESULTS It was shown that gamma-glutamyl transferase (γ-GT),the maximum diameter of tumor,status of tumor capsule,cancer embolus,the degree of cirrhosis and mode of therapy were the factors significantly affecting the prognosis of PLC patients.CONCLUSIONS γ-GT was not only a valuable index to screen and detect PLC cases,but also an important indicator in deciding the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of PLC patients.
