摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术在输卵管妊娠合并内出血治疗中的应用。方法回顾分析76例输卵管妊娠合并内出血经腹腔镜手术的治疗效果。结果76例均使用腹腔镜手术成功,未发现并发症。结论异位妊娠内出血腹腔镜手术治疗,与操作者的技术水平及腹腔镜设备有关,并具有微创、术后恢复快的优点。
The authors examine the application of laparoscopy in the management of internal hemorrhage in tubal pregnancy in middle-sized and small hospitals. Altogether 76 such cases were collected for a review of the effects of laparoscopic management, and all were treated successfully without any complications. Laparoscopy causes minimal invasion in the manage- ment of internal hemorrhage in tubal pregnancy and may bring about rapid recovery of the patients, but the curative effects depend on the technical competence of the surgeon and the laparoscopic equipment.
