“分层碾磨”制粉法去除小麦中“致吐毒素”的研究 被引量：1

摘要 本文研究了“分层碾磨”制粉新工艺加工赤霉病小麦各组分中“致吐毒素”的变化及去毒效果。全部１３个组分中都含有“致吐毒素”，以头、二碾麦皮中含量最高为１５６００－２００００μｇ／ｋｇ，最终产品富养２号粉、次粉和后麸皮中“毒素”含量在１７００－２０００μｇ／ｋｇ之间。新工艺制粉，使面粉中“致吐毒素”含量比原麦减少了５２．４％。
