摘要
对体外培养的人晶体上皮细胞应用扫描及透视电镜进行观察,研究人晶体上皮细胞在体外生长状态下超微结构变化.结果显示原代培养的细胞可见明显的细胞间连结及胞浆内大量的线粒体,高尔基氏体和核糖体等结构,而传代培养和长期培养的细胞浆内细胞胞器明显减少,细胞内细胞骨架结构增加,细胞骨架结构被认为是与细胞的增殖和分化密切相关的重要结构,本文的结果为上皮细胞的增殖和分化提供形态学的基础,对于探讨白内障的病因及白内障术后晶体囊混浊的预防具有重要价值。
The ultrastructure of the cultured human lens epithelial cells ultrastructure was investigated using the scanning electric microscopy and transmitting electric microscopy.The results showed that in the primary cultured human epithelial cells, the fasciae adherents can be seen between the cells and a number of cell apparatus including mitochondrias, Golgis body and ribose nucleoproteins in the cell plasma. In the long term cultured or passaged cultured cells, the structures of the cell skeleton are increased and the cell apparatus were decreased comparatively. It is considered that the cell skeleton is an important structure associated with the cell migration, proliferation and differentiation.This research work has important value in the further investigation of the cell proliferation and differenciation,as well as the etiological study of the cataract and prevention of the post-operative lens posterior capsule opacifition.
