摘要
通货膨胀是制约我国经济发展的重大问题.本文从系统科学的角度分析了我国经济系统现状,指出宏观调控手段是经济系统向自组织系统发展的必然要求,是控制通货膨胀的有效途径;通过系统负熵流(政府宏观调控)的输入和涨落机制的作用,系统自组织功能得以改善.从而达到控制通货膨胀的目的.
Inflation is a barrier which hampers the development of Chinese economy. We analysed the current economic state by self-organization theory ,and points out that the main factors which cause the inflation are the defects in economic structure in this paper. Fluctuation will improve the functions of self-organization of the system by inputing negative entropy (government control)to economy system,so as to control the inflation.
