摘要
用动物实验方法观察了桔红片镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用。结果表明,桔红片对氨水致咳的小白鼠的镇咳作用和气管灌洗液酚红浓度测定法测得的祛痰作用均显著优于正常对照组(P<0.01)。对豚鼠整体引喘法平喘作用的研究,可见桔红片引喘延长时间与正常对照组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。桔红片的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用明显优于桔红丸组。结果显示,桔红片是一个很有临床使用价值的镇咳、祛痰及平喘的新剂型。
This paper studied the antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of Juhongpian in the animal experiment. It was observed that the differences between the experimental group and control group were statistically significant ( P <0. 01)in the antitussis on coughing mice induced by ammonia s in the expectoration determined by the phenol red concentration from the lavage - liquid of mouse trachea and the antiasthmatic effect on guinea pig induced by ammonia. The antitussive > expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of Juhongpian group were evidently stronger than those of Juhongwan group. The results showed that Juhongpian is a new valuable preparation with antitussis, expectoration and an-tiasthma
