华夏人具有求美品味、重养尚补、助兴寄情等伙食心态,构成了独具一格的饮食观,它对华夏饮食文化的发达及其特色的形成,都起着重要作用。华夏饮食文化是一种以品味为核心、以养生为目的。
The Chinese people have an inclination for flavour -savouring stress on health-presevation, and tendency toexpress good feeling . All these constitute the uniqe dietetic mentality, which exerts great influences on the formationand development of Chinese dietetic culture . Dietetic culture of the Chinese people is one having flavour-savouringas its core,health -presevation as its aim , and feeling sustenance as its ideai.
