摘要
主要依据嫩江、第二松花江及拉林河出口站历次大洪水的组合,分析哈尔滨市区堤防超标准洪水发生的可能性,并提出采取的应急措施。

Based on the data of flood observation at the mouths of Nenjiang river,the second Songhuajiang river and Lalin river,the possibilitise of flood occurrence for the dyke designed in hyperstandard in Harbin city have been analyzed,in this paper ,and the corresponding measures for emergency of flood control has been put forward.
