节瓜种子超干贮藏研究

摘要 杂交的节瓜种子经过超干贮藏后,发芽率和简化活力指数都显著地高于对照种子.节瓜种子含水量在2.50%~6.85%范围内,随着种子含水量的降低,种子的耐藏性不断提高.超干种子的过氧化物酶(POD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)、酸性磷酸酶和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性较高;膜系统保持比较完整,种子浸泡液电导率、相对电导率、紫外吸收值均明显低于对照种子.脱水速度快慢对种子的活力有影响,回湿处理可以避免种子的吸胀损伤.超干贮藏的种子经老化处理后,其抗老化能力明显强于对照. This paper deals with the effects of ultra-dry(UD) storage on seed vigor and storability of Benincasa hispida seeds. The results showed that UD storage did not only influence seed vigor, but also improved seed storability.Activities of POD, CAT and SOD of UD seeds remained high after one year storage, while those of CK decreased significantly. Conductivity and ageing tests indicated that the membrane system of UD seeds had good integrity.humidification tests indicated that UD seeds had imbibition injury, and the injury could be avoided by PEG treatment or humidification. 
