摘要
本文在分析我国贫困地区农民素质状况的基础上,详细阐述了文化扶贫的必要性,提出贫困地区提高农民素质的具体对策,为我国完成扶贫攻坚计划,实现社会物质和精神两个文明,构想一条新的思路.
On the basis of analyzing the peasants'quality situation in poor areas, the article sets forth the necessity of cultural aid-the-poor thoroughly, puts forward the concrete measures to enhance the peasants' quality, and works out a new train of thought for completing the state's poverty aleviation program and realizing the social material and spiritual civilization.
