摘要
回顾性分析了29例经手术病理证实的纵隔肿瘤及肿瘤样病变影像学表现。认为良性肿瘤形态多规则,境界清晰,与周围结构分界明确。而恶性肿瘤一般较大,轮廓很不规则,对周围结构有包绕及侵蚀。文中还对不同类型纵隔肿物影像学检查定性诊断的要点及特征作了重点讨论。
This paper retrospectively analysed imaging findings of 29 patients with mediastinal tumor and tumor-like lesions, all of which were diagnostically confirmed by surgery and pathological studies. The be- nign tumors in the series usually showed regular contour, clear delineation, and distinct demarcation from ad- jacent structures, while the malignant tumors appeared large, irregular, and encysted and invasive of the ad- jacent structures. The main points and characteristics of diagnosis were discussed in determining the nature of mediastinal tumors in different types on imaging evaluation.
