摘要
大型电站性能与振动远程监测、分析与诊断网络系统的建立在我国还是首例,文中介绍了该系统的基本硬件构成和中心站软件系统的设计与实现方法。系统实现了大型电站中热力系统、锅炉、汽轮发电机等设备运行状态的远程监测分析与故障诊断,以及机组经济性能分析与寿命管理等。该系统已经在山东省电力科学研究院的远程诊断中心中实际应用。
A performance and vibration remote monitoring, analysis and diagnostic integrated network system for large power plants is developed firstly in China. The hardware implementation and the software implementation of this system are presented. The integrated system is able to monitor, analyze and diagnose the condition of the thermal system, the boiler, the steam turbine and generator in power plants and has functions of economic performance analysis and life expenditure management as well. This integrated system has already been installed in the diagnostic center of Shandong Electric Power Research Institute.
