大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤后局部抗凝和纤溶状况的变化

Dynamic Changes in Anticoagulation and Fibrinolysis in Rats with Third Degree Burns

摘要 该文通过测定大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤后早期不同时相局部组织渗液中AT-Ⅲ、tPA和PAI活性以及FDP含量,动态观察组织深度烫伤早期局部抗凝和纤溶状况的变化。实验结果:大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤后2、3、5d局都渗液中AT-Ⅲ活性显著高于对照组(P均<0.001);于伤后14d又明显低于对照组(P<0.001);tPA活性于伤后5、7、14d较对照组有显著增高(P均<0.001);PAI活性仅在伤后2d显著低于对照组(P<0.05);烫伤组局都渗液中FDP含量于伤后2d和3d明显低于对照组(P分别<0001和0.05),而在伤后14d又显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明:大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤后早期在局部抗凝和纤溶状况的变化中有一定的自我调节和保护功能。 In this study, the activations of antithrombin (AT-Ⅲ:a), tissue plasminogen activator (t- PA:a) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI:a) and the quantity of fibrin degradation products (FDP) were measured in the burn wound exudates of rats with about 10% third degree burn wound surface of TBSA on 1day and 2,3,5,7 and 14 days postburn.The results showed that the AT-Ⅲ:a of burn group elevated on 2,3 and 5 days postburn and significantly higher than on the 1st day postburn (P<0.001), but declined sharply on 14th day postburn and significantly lower than on 1st day postburn (P<0.001). The AT- Ⅲ:a in burn groups was significantly higher than in control ones on 2,3 and 5 days postburn (P<0.001) and significantly lower than in control group on 14th day after thermal injury (P<0.001). The t- PA:a in burn gruops increased significantly on 5,7 and 14 days postburn than on 1st day postburn (P<0.001) and also much higher than in control groups from the 2nd to 14th day after thermal injury (P<0.001). The PAI:a in burn groups was significantly higher than control ones only on the 2nd day postburn (P<0.05). The quantities of FDP in the exudates of burn groups were significantly less than in control ones on 2nd and 3rd day postburn (P<0.001 and P<0.05, respectively), but were more than in control ones on 14th day postburn significantly (P<0.05).These results indicated that the changes in anticoagulation and fibrinolysis activities could have some self regulations and protective functions after thermal injury.
