混晶法制备高亮度蓝色SrS∶Ce薄膜

High Brightness SrS∶Ce Blue Thin Film Made by Evaportion Using Mixed Crystal Target

摘要 以SrS∶Ce和ZnS的混晶为原料用电子束蒸发的方法制备了蓝色SrS∶Ce薄膜,研究了新制备SrS∶Ce膜的光致发光(PL)性能和它的电致发光(EL)器件的电致发光性能,并与直接用SrS∶Ce粉末制备的薄膜进行了对比.测量了它们的X射线衍射谱、PL激发光谱和发射光谱以及电致发光器件的EL光谱,结果表明混晶法制备的薄膜比直接法好,ZnS的引入弥补了在SrS∶Ce薄膜中S的不足,且避免了在直接用SrS∶Ce材料蒸发过程中S气氛对环境的污染. SrS∶Ce blue thin films were prepared by electron beam evaporation method using target made of SrS∶Ce powder doped with ZnS and SrS∶Ce powder directly. The Xray patterns and PL spectra and EL spectra of them were measured. The characteristics of PL and EL of SrS∶Ce thin films made by SrS∶Ce powder doped with ZnS were better than that of SrS∶Ce thin films made by SrS∶Ce powder directly. The former may compensate the lack of S in SrS∶Ce thin film and aviod the contamination of S when producing SrS∶Ce thin film using SrS∶Ce powder directly.
