摘要
目前,国内在连续乳化炸药生产中,由于生产工艺和包装设备的限制,包装工序往往是采用间断的形式。而采用ZYJ-I型装药机则较 好地解决了这个问题。该机可直接与发泡后的炸药输送管道相连接,将炸药装入纸筒,从而减少了生产中的倒运及贮存时间。本文对该装药机作了较详细的介绍。
Owing to the limitations of production technology and packing equipment in the production of contiuousy emulsified explosive at present in China, an intermittent form is often used in the sequence of packing operation, but the problem can be well solved with model ZYJ - I charging device. This device can be directly connected with the conveying pipe of post-bubbled explosive to charge explosive into paper cartriges, thus reducing the handling and storage time in production. The paper introduced this charging device in detail.
