摘要
讨论三阶常系数线性中立型方程周期解的存在性，并得到方程周期解存在的充分必要条件．
In this paper,We discuss the existence of the periodic solutions for linear equation of third order neutral equation with constant coefficients,some necessary and sufficient conditions of existence and uniqueness of periodic solutions of this equation are obtained.
