摘要
1995年成立的世界贸易组织与GATT1947之间的关系涉及到下列三个方面：GATT1947与WTO协议的条约法关系，GATT1947与WTO协议的共处关系，以及退出GATT1947所产生的法律后果．GATT1947的退出方虽然不再履行GATT1947的义务，但它必须履行某些退出前经由实施GATT1947而产生之权利、义务和法律情势。
The relationships between the World Trade Organization(WTO) established in 1995 and theGeneral Agreement of Tariffs and Trade(GArn signed in 1947 cover the following three aspects:relationship of the law of the treaty betWeen GATT 1947 and WTO; relationship of coexistencebetween GATT 1947 and WTO; consequences in law caused by the withdrawal of the treaty fromGATT 1947. Although the party of withdrawal from GATT does not perform the duty stipulated byGATT 1947, it must perform some rights, dubes and law situations brought about by carrying outGATT 1947 before its withdrawal.
