摘要
以几种名优白酒主要风味成份数据为依据，通过实例计算和分析，提出了用聚类分析对白酒进行分类、鉴别的方法其结果与传统分类方法结果基本一致且更为客观、科学.
The method of the idenhfication of Chinese spirit was presented by introducing the cluster analysis, based on the data of flavor componentS of some well-known Chinese spirit. The resultS coincide with those of the tffidihonal method but more objechve and scientificaI.
