卵巢囊腺癌DNA含量的分析

摘要 ①目的探讨卵巢囊腺癌细胞核DNA的含量及临床意义。②方法应用图像分析技术,对56例卵巢囊腺癌DNA含量进行了原位定量测定分析。③结果卵巢囊腺癌DNA含量二倍体/近二倍体(D/ND)者9例(16.1%),DNA含量异倍体(AN)者47例(83.9%)。AN卵巢囊腺癌的淋巴结转移率明显高于D/ND(χ2=11.41,P<0.01)。66.7%的D/ND卵巢囊腺癌瘤体直径≤5cm,而75%的AN卵巢囊腺癌瘤体直径>5cm(χ2=5.86,P<0.05),提示卵巢囊腺癌直径5cm时,可能是其生物学特性发生转变的重要时期。④结论卵巢囊腺癌细胞核DNA含量的测定,对指导临床诊断和估计预后有较大的实用价值。 Objective To study the level and clinical significance of DNA polidy in ovarian cystadenocarcinoma. Methods Nuclear DNA content were quantitatively determined in situ by image analysis technology in 56 cases of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma. Results There were 9 cases with D/ND pattern and 47 cases with AN pattern. The lymphatic metastasis rate with AN patterm was significantly higher than that of D/ND pattern ( χ 2=11.41,P<0.01). 66.7% cases with D/ND pattern had their tumor diameter<5cm, 75% of AN pattern patient had larger tumors(diameter>5cm)( χ 2=5.86,P<0.05 ). The tumor diameter of 5 centimeter might be an important point in refelcting the biological behavior. Conclusion Nuclear DNA content of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma is of practical value in diagnosis, prognosis and choice of treatment.
