摘要
秦岭特长隧道是我国采用钻爆法修建的最长隧道,全长18450m,采用Ⅱ线平导独头掘进施工。通风技术是长大隧道施工中一大难题。本文详细阐述了该隧道施工中选用高风压、大风量通风机和高强度、大直径柔性风管,以及加强施工通风管理等经验,较好地解决了长距离通风,取得充分发挥掘进机效能、加快施工进度和节约投资等效果。并提出进一步改进的建议。
The Qinling extra long tunnel with a total length of 18,950m is the longest tunnel in China.It was constructed by drilling and blasting method using the parallel heading at No.Ⅱ line with single end tunnelling.The ventilation technique is a difficult problem in the construction of the extra long tunnel.The paper expounds in detail the experiences in construction of this tunnel concerned with the selection of high pressure and large capacity ventilatiors with high strength and large diameter ventilating ducts,as well as enhancing the management of the construction ventilation.These expriences solve the problem of vetilation through long distance.Achievements on developing fully the effect of tunnelling machine,shortening the working period of construction and economy of investment,etc,are obtained.The sugggestions for improvement furthermore are also proposed.
