摘要
对长丰龙王山页岩制备煅烧页岩陶粒进行了研究。通过掺用外加剂提高其膨胀率,获得了烧结温度范围为1060℃-1120℃,漂浮率100%,吸水率小于2.5%,筒压强度超过2MPa,堆积密度430kg/m3,颗粒容重为683kg/m3,内部多孔,孔隙均匀,表面密实并玻化的轻质岩页陶粒。
A study on the fabrication of sintering shale-ceramiste using raw shale material at Long Wang mountain, located in Changfeng county, Anhui province, is presented in this paper. A light shale-ceramiste is obtained by adding organic additives and with the best sintering temperature in from 1060 ℃ to 1120 ℃,it has float ration 100%, water absorption less than 2.5%, ceramiste strength in press-tube 2MPa, loose volume density 430kg/m 3 and ceramiste unit weight 683kg/m 3
