摘要
多层砖房温度裂缝是房屋建筑中常见的病害之一，它不仅会影响建筑物的美观、造成渗漏等病害，使建筑物的强度、刚度和整体稳定性受到不同程度的削弱，而且会给使用者造成一种不安全感，本文通过对多层砖房温度裂缝产生的原因进行定性分析和定量计算，指出裂缝的必然性和实际工作中应采取的技术对策。
The cracks by temperature of multi-storey building are one of common dangers. The cracks not only impair the beauty of buildingr, result in disease of buildings such as seepage,weakn its strength, rigidity and whole stability in varying degrees, but also made users unsafe.Based on theoretical analysis and quantitative calculation on reasons of cracks by temperature,the inevitability of cracks and some technical measures to be taken in practice are pointed out.
