摘要
以籼稻品种特青的幼胚作为外植体，对影响植株再生的几个因素包括诱导培养基、预分化培养、干燥处理、通气状况和蔗糖浓度进行了研究．结果表明，MS＋2，4－D2mg／L是较为合适的诱导培养基，预分化培养，干燥处理，良好的通气环境以及降低分化培养时的蔗糖浓度均有助于意伤组织的分化．
Using immature embryos of indica rice cultivar Teqing as explants,we investigated factors influencing plant regeneration. The results showed that MS+2. 4-D 2 mg/L was the optimal induction medium and that pre -differentia-tion culture,dehydration treatment,sufficiently air - exchangeable state of the vessels,and decreasing sucrose concentration of differentiation medium could significantly increase the regeneration frequency of rice callus.
