摘要
本文提出了一种综合控制变压器分接头和并联电容器组的模糊线性规划方法,进行配电站电压无功实时监控。该方法通过推导配电站二次母线电压(V_2)的方程,建立各物理量的隶属函数及模糊目标函数,运用模糊边界的九城图和线性规划算法,得到使地偏差最小的最优调控策略,并在一定程度上减少流过主变的无功功率。文章最后阐明了该方法的控制原理、控制流程及其软件实现形式。
In this paper a fuzzy linear programming method used for the combined control of load tap changer and switching-over shunt capacitors bank is proposed, to solve the real time vol/var control in a distribution substation. With developing the equation of the secondary bus volatge( V2 ) , establishing the member functions of variables and the fuzzy object function, making use of nine-field figure with fuzzy boundary and linear programming method, it obtains the optimal operate policy to limit the deviation of V2 to the minimal and reduce the reactive power flow of the main transformer. At the ending of this paper, the control principle and the control flow of this method are illustrated, so is its software implementation.
