摘要
目的:观察不同种类抗生素作用于细菌后诱导释放内毒素的情况。方法:选择临床上常用的七种抗生素,体外作用于大肠杆菌V517,检测培养上清液内毒素水平和细菌形态学改变。结果:不同种类抗生素作用于大肠杆菌V517后,在抑制、杀灭细菌,引起细菌形态学改变的同时,能不同程度诱导细菌释放一定量的内毒素;其中头孢氨噻肟,头孢他啶,哌拉西林和环丙沙星诱导释放的内毒素较多,伊米配能和头孢哌酮诱导释放的内毒素较少。结论:不同种类抗生素具有诱导大肠杆菌释放内毒素的能力。
Objective: To evaluate the release of endotoxin
from gramnegative bacterium after incubated with different antibiotics. Methods: We measured
the endotoxin level of E coli V517 exposed to the seven antibiotics frequently used in clinical.
Results: The study shows that Cefotaxime,Ceftazidime, piperacillin and Ciprofloxacin induced
the highest release of endotoxin, whereas Imipenem and Cefoperazone induced the lowest
release of endotoxin. Conclusion: The endotoxin levels and the rate of release of endotoxin
vary with the antibiotics used and is not necessarily correlated with the rate of bacterial killing.
