摘要
目的：探讨抗精神病药对男性精神分裂症病人性功能的影响。方法：参照《性治疗实用指南》制订定量分析标准，通过门诊随访，选择１００例康复期的男性精神分裂症病人。结果：性功能障碍者６４％，其中性兴趣下降５８％、阳萎４２％、早泄２２％、缺乏性高潮８％、精液减少８％。结论：性兴趣下降、阳萎与抗精神病药物剂量呈正相关，而与病程无明显关系，早泄、精液减少与药物剂量、病程无明显相关。提示抗精神病药主要导致男性病人的性兴趣下降和阳萎。
Objective: To inquire the influence of sexual function in the schizophrenic patients with
antipsychotic drugs. Methods:Z Make a standard of quantitative analysis refer to Practical
Guide to Sexual Treatment, 100 recovered male patients with schizophrenic were selected by
following outpatients. Results: There were 64 percent patients with sexual function disorder,
there were 58 percent patients with sexual desire among them, and 42 per cent patients with
impotence, and 22 percent patients with premature ejaculation, and 8 percent patients with
orgasm lacking, and 8 percent patients with semen decrease. Conclusion: There was positive
correlation between sexual desire, impotence and a dose of antipsychotic drugs. and there was
no significant correlation with duration of illness. No significant correlations were found
between premature ejacalation and a dose of drugs, duration of illness. Neither was sewen
decrease. It promped that sexual desire and impotence of the male patients were mainly
influenced by antipsychotic drugs.
