摘要
通过数值模拟分析了大信号调制下分布反馈半导体激光器（ＤＦＢ－ＬＤ）输出光脉冲的峰值功率、脉冲宽度、光谱随电流参数变化的规律，并得到了实验的验证。
The rules of parameters such as peak power, pulse width and spectrum which are characteristics of pulses generated by DFB-LD under large signal modulation changed with injected current are analyzed with numerical simulation and verified by experiments.
