摘要
结扎家兔冠状动脉左室支的不同部位，用高频心电图三维谱分析法观察心肌缺血范围与心电高频成分变化之间的关系，结果提示：小中范围的心肌缺血时，心电高频成分增加，大范围的心肌缺血时，心电高频成分减少，当发生严重心律失常时，无论小、中、大范围心肌缺血心电高频成分均明显减少。
The different parts of the left ventricular branches of rabbits' coronary artery were ligated, the relationship of changes of the myocardial ischemic size and the electrocardiac high frequency components were observed with three dimensional spectrum analysis of high frequency electrocardiogram. The result demonstrates that when the ischemia was small or middle sized, the electrocardiac high frequency components increased with the enlargement of the ischemic sizes. But they decreased when the ischemia was large sized. When severe cardiac arrhythmia occured, no matter what sizes, smal, middle or large, the electrocardiac high freguency components decreased.
