摘要
研究了CONFORM连续挤压技术,设计制造了两套模拟装置——平板模型和旋转模型。充分考虑了间隙量对CONFORM连续挤压的影响,并确定了临界热态同隙值,同时对径向连续挤压垂直拐弯处的坯料变形行为进行了研究。对于不同的间隙量值,描述了变形区坯料的流动规律,建立了变形区应力场的数学模型,确定了变形区应力分布规律,以及速度场的数学模型,阐述了溢余的形成机理。根据变形区应力分布规律,同时考虑到温度的影响,确定了变形咬合区长度、驱动扭矩、功率、压紧力,以及间隙对它们的影响。对生产现场出现的主要问题也进行了综合研究,提出了解决的办法。
Studies the CONFORM continous extrusion technique, and two simulated devices, flat model and rotray model,are designed and produced.The influence of clearance value on the CONFORM continous extrusion is fully considered, the critical hot clearance value is defined and the deformation behave of billet in the vertical turning place about radial continous extrusion is researched. For different clearance value, describes the following rules of billet in deformation zone, estabishs the mathematical model of stress field in deformation zone and velocity field, defines the distributed rules of stress in deformation zone, expounds the forming mechanism of over flowing. The deformation biting zone length, driving torque、power、pressing tight force are defined according to the distributed rules of stress in formation zone. At the same time, considering the influence of temperature and clearance value on them. Synthaical research is made on the main problems coming from producing scene, and solution ways have been posed.
