摘要
随着普通高校体育基础理论课教学日益受到体育教育界的广泛重视，“怎样上好体育基础理论课”的问题，又将成为高校体育教师讨论的热门话题。本文，详细地介绍了一种“个案”教学的方法，并结合目前体育基础理论课的教学内容作一示例。旨在丰富体育基础理论课教学手段，提高广大体育教师的教学水平。
Summary With the PE basic theoretic teaching of the Common higher schools being extensively payed more attention to by PE circles day by day,the question——“How can we teach the PE basic theoretic class well?”will bdcome a hot topic discussed by the PE teachers of the higher schools again.In this article,I introduce a teaching method called“individual-Case”in detail,and give an example combining to the teaching coutents of thd Pe basic theoretic class at present.My purpose is to enrich the teaching method of PE basic theoretic class and to improve the mass of PE teachers'teaching standard.
