摘要
采用布里奇曼法合成了PbTe单晶,测试了其伏安特性、阻温特性、热电特性及光电导特性.实验发现,所合成的PbTe单晶是P型半导体,具有显著的温差电动势,对可见光灵敏度较高,是一种性能优良的热电材料.
PbTe single crystals were prepared by the Bridgeman technique from high purity Pb(99.9%) and Te(99.985%).The electrical resistivity, thermoelectric coefficent and photoconduction were measured. PbTe single crystals(Pb∶Te in an atomic ratio of 49.5∶50.5) were reported to be a P type semiconductor,have significant thermoelectrical effect and sensitivity to visible light.
