摘要
采用自制催熟剂催熟,使池养亲鱼发育成熟并用于催产。催产率、受精率、孵化率、鱼苗培育成活率分别为50—100％、77—95％、61—90％、71—83％。
It uses the medicine for accelerating the ripening which is made by ourselves to made the parental of Spinibarbus hollandi Oshima that is living in the pond ripen and can be used for hasten parturition. The hasten parturition rate、 fertilization rate、 incubation rate and survival rate of the fry is 50-100%、 77-95%、 61-90%and 71-83%.
