摘要
目的:为了进一步阐明早期手术对于腕电烧伤手的成活的影响因素。方法:采用回顾调查、分析统计及临床分类手术观察结果。结果:调查中发现部分病人早期清创程度对手的成活有一定的影响。结论:认为手腕部电烧伤均应早期清创与修复,只是清创的程度应掌握好。
Objective: In order to further clarify the factors of early debridement and restorement affect surivied of hands in ringlike electric burr of wrists. Method: Use the looking back investigate, analysis of statistics and make part of operations in clinical to observe result. Result; In parts of patients, it was discovered in investigate that the degree of early debridement have specified effect in survied of hands. Conclusion: It was thought that all the electric burn of wrists want early debridement and testorement. But teh degree of early debridement want grasp well.
