摘要
本文分析了不同润滑状态下齿面的磨损规律,并通过滑动率呈正弦波形变化的滚子试验,获得了齿面线磨损量随材质与热处理、磨粒尺寸以及载荷的不同而变化的规律,进而形成一个初步的齿面线磨损量理论计算通式。
Studies the wearing law of the surface of gears under different lubricating, through the roller test, gives the change law on the linear wearing capacity of the surface of gears with material, heat treatment, wear particles size and load, forms a initial theoretical formula of the linear wearing capacity of the gear surfaces.
