摘要
本文在考察西方创新理论的基础上,认为创新范畴应从企业层面提升为社会层面,从市场领域进入到实践领域。文中给出了创新的哲学界定,描述了创新的基本特征。
On the basis of observing and studying the western creative theory, the author thinks the category of bringing forth new ideas should be raised from business level to social level and from market to practice. The article gives a philosophical definition of bringing forth new ideas and describes the basic feature.
