摘要
目的：观察癫癎术后早期静脉应用德巴金（Ｄｅｐａｋｉｎｅ）抗癫疗效。方法：本组１０例，术后立即静脉应用德巴金０．４ｇ，将其溶于５％葡萄糖５００ｍｌ中，持续静滴８ｈ，每天２次（或间隔４ｈ后重复给药），连续用３天。分别于给药后１、３、５ｈ测定血药浓度。结果：静脉应用德巴金期间，８例未出现癫发作，未出现嗜睡、认知障碍等神经系统的不良反应。所测血药峰浓度（Ｃｍａｘ）４４．６２～８９．４９ｍｇ／Ｌ，平均５４．７６ｍｇ／Ｌ；谷浓度（Ｃｍｉｎ）１３．３７～３７．６８ｍｇ／Ｌ，平均３５．６０ｍｇ／Ｌ。脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）浓度０．７～４ｍｇ／Ｌ，平均１．９４ｍｇ／Ｌ。结论：癫术后早期静脉应用德巴金有效、安全、方便。
Objectives: To study the significance of intravenous usage of Depakine in the early stage after the operation of epilepsy. Methods: Ten patients with epilepsy were chosen,among which 8 were male and 2 were female.Their average age was 19. 2 years.Four hundred mg of Depakine in 500ml of 5% glucose saline was infused intravenously immediately after the operation. The drug was given twice daily for 3 days, each infusion lasted 8 hours. The blood concentrations of the drug were determined at 1,3 and 5 hours after the infusion. Results: During the course of Depakine infusion,8 patients didnt displayed seizures, nor did they display drowsiness,cognitive dysfunction or other abnormalities of the central nervous system.The measured peak blood concentrations of the drug were 44.62￣89.49 mg/L,averaged 54.76 mg/L.The trough blood concentrations of the drug were 13.37￣37.68 mg/L, the mean value was 35.60mg/L.The concentration of the drug in the CSF was 0.7￣4 mg/L,and the mean concentration w convenient.
