摘要
以CTMAB为相转移催化剂,氯化苄和丁酸钠为原料合成丁酸的新方法。对原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间、加水量搅拌等影响因素及催化剂的回收利用进行了详细地研究。结果表明,该法简单、产品质量好、产率高、无污染且易于工业化生产。
A new method for the synthesis of benzyl n -butyrate with benzyl chloride and sodium n-butyrate by the catalyst of CTMAB is described. The ration of reaction,quantity of catalyst and water as well as the reaction time and the recovery of catalyst,the stir are studied. The experiment shows that the methed has advantages of simplicity,high yield and without pollution. It's easy to industrialization.
