摘要
东北电网峰谷日益加大，急需大量的调峰电站，水电站是最适宜的调峰电站。结合黑龙江省水力资源的实际情况，阐述了中、小水电梯级开发的可能性及开发原则。
With the increasing of difference between the peak & valley loud,peak regulating power plants have become essential in Northeasten Power Supply Network.The possibility and developing principle for medium & small sized cascade hydropower plants,which are the best choice in Heilongjiang Province were discussed in the paper.
