世界屋脊到东海之滨,万里长江像一条巨龙,跨越中国地势的三大阶梯,千百万年来在华夏大地上月}流不息。一长江全长6300公里,为世界第三长河;流域面一积180万平方公里。
A Brief Account of the Author Yang Xin, a native of Chengdu, Sichuan Province was born in 1963. He is now the chairman of Sichuan Green River Environment Protection Promotion Council. In 1984, he started the expedition, photographing and survey along the Jinsha River section in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. In 1986, he joined the China Yangtze River Scientific Survey Drifting Expedition Team as an important member and photographer and drifted the whole journey along the Yangtze River for an investigation. His works include: monograph of The Soul of the Yangtze River and pictorial album of The Yangtze River Source.
